Delivery & Returns

How prints are made

Every print is made to order. There's no shelf of stock, your print is produced specially for you by Prodigi, a fine-art print network, then posted to the address you give at checkout. Prices are in GBP and shown in full at checkout.

Delivery

Prints are typically produced and dispatched within a few working days, then sent by tracked courier or post. UK delivery is the norm; if you're outside the UK, check the shipping options at checkout. I'll email if anything's delayed.

Returns and your right to cancel

Here's the honest bit. Because each print is custom-made to your order, it counts as a personalised/made-to-order good. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 that means the usual 14-day "changed my mind" cooling-off right does not apply once production has started. So please double-check your size and choice before you pay.

That said, your statutory rights are untouched. If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, you're fully covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email me within 14 days of it landing, with a photo of the problem, and I'll sort a free replacement or a full refund. No quibbling.

Damaged or wrong order

  • Email hey@charityshot.co.uk with your order reference.
  • Send a quick photo of the damage or the issue.
  • I'll arrange a reprint or refund, including any return postage where it's down to a fault.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within a few working days of being agreed.
